This is a Hybrid opportunity in Zaragoza. It is a fixed-term contract to work until 30th June 2026

You'll be a

people manager and technical partner

, responsible for leading and motivating a

diverse technical team

to deliver projects on time and to a high standard. Removing blockers, monitoring performance, and communicating progress/risks to senior leadership. Master's degree

in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Physics). ~4+ years

of hands-on experience in a relevant engineering domain (Software, Data Science, etc.). ~1+ year

of successful

engineering management

experience. ~ Strong technical understanding of

modern software engineering practices

. ~ Proficiency with key tools/workflows ( Python, Git, Docker, CI/CD ). ~ Familiarity with

Agile

and emerging

AI/ML

technologies. ~ Exceptional

leadership, organizational, and communication

skills ( perfect command of English ).

Compensation:
