Project Office Specialist

AESC is a global leader in lithium‑ion and LFP battery technology, with a fast-growing footprint across Japan, the UK, France, China, and the USA—soon expanding in Spain with a €1‑billion gigafactory in Extremadura to open by 2026 and create up to 900 direct jobs in phase one. The Spanish facility is designed as the first net‑zero industrial park gigafactory in the country, aligning with AESC’s mission to pioneer sustainable battery manufacturing.

We are looking for a Treasury Specialist with at least 3 years of experience to manage and optimize cash flows, oversee banking operations, and support financial planning. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities Manage daily cash position and perform bank reconciliations. Execute domestic and international payments, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. Prepare short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts. Optimize liquidity management and propose process improvements. Maintain relationships with financial institutions and support negotiations. Collaborate with accounting and finance teams during month-end closings and audits. Participate in the implementation and enhancement of Treasury Management Systems (TMS

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in treasury or cash management roles. Knowledge of banking operations, financial instruments, and SEPA/SWIFT regulations. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/TMS systems. High level of English (B2 or above). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
