What we’re looking for Proven experience as an Enterprise or Solution Architect in large-scale, multi-country Genesys Cloud (CCaaS) implementations Strong understanding of cloud architecture, network design, APIs, and data integration patterns. Experience designing AI/ML solution integrations, including conversational AI, LLMs, and analytics systems. Familiarity with insurance industry processes and regulatory frameworks preferred.
