— one for

Trade

(industrial supplies, hardware stores, automotive, distributors and buying groups) and one for

Retail

(large-format retailers). This is a commercial, channel-focused marketing role with strong business exposure in a data-driven environment. We’re looking for candidates currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Marketing, MBA or similar), with a strong analytical mindset, confidence working with data, genuine interest in commercial marketing, and ambition to grow within an international company. You’ll gain hands-on experience in promotion ROI analysis, POS performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment where insights drive decisions. The objective is clear: start as an intern and, after completing the internship period, continue with a traineeship contract.

Core responsibilities (Trade or Retail) Support channel marketing plans through structured data analysis and actionable insights. Analyze promotional performance and ROI, identifying drivers of sell-in and sell-out results. Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Excel / Power BI) to track KPIs by channel and customer. Run post-promotion analysis and summarize key learnings for internal review. Turn data into recommendations, not just reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Finance to connect plans with execution. Trade focus Support distributor and trade activation programs, tracking distribution and execution performance. Analyze performance by customer type and territory to highlight growth opportunities. Retail focus Support retailer-specific promotions and in-store execution tracking. Monitor POS KPIs and extract insights to improve visibility and compliance.

Must-haves Currently pursuing a Master’s degree and able to sign an internship agreement. Strong interest in commercial / channel marketing. Fluent English (international working environment). Advanced Excel (you can analyze and summarize data independently). Confidence working with data and structured thinking. Availability for a full-time internship in Madrid (Alcobendas area), hybrid model.

Nice to have Previous internship or academic project in marketing, trade marketing, retail or analytics. Knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools. Exposure to FMCG, retail distribution or industrial/technical products.

What we offer Paid internship: 900€ gross/month. Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00–17:00 Friday 8:00–15:00 2 days remote work per week. Real exposure to commercial decision-making in an international company. Clear opportunity to continue with a traineeship contract after the internship.
