Are you passionate about solving technical problems and delivering exceptional customer service? At Zahoree Company, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide outstanding support to our customers and help them navigate technical challenges with ease. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customers via phone, email, or remote assistance.
Help customers to install and configure software, hardware, and systems, ensuring smooth functionality within smart home devices for a known brand.
Technical expertise in troubleshooting hardware/software and basic understanding about smart home devices. Full training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex concepts to non-tech-savvy users in
English
. Prior experience in IT support or customer service roles.
