Responsibilities Change Management Manage and coordinate change requests (Change Control). Evaluate the impact of changes on quality, compliance, production, timelines, and costs. Ensure changes are planned, approved, executed, and formally closed in accordance with internal procedures. Cross-Functional Coordination Act as the main liaison between Production, Quality, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Procurement. Organize and facilitate meetings to align all stakeholders. Communicate change status, risks, and timelines clearly to all relevant teams. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, validation records, and BOMs. Support internal and external audits related to change or labeling processes. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience

in change management or production support within a regulated environment. Strong ability to analyze technical and product‑related changes and understand their process and compliance impact. Experience managing documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, validation records, and BOMs. Good German communication skills
