We are looking for a Growth Manager to lead end-to-end acquisition projects and drive performance across paid media, lead generation, and eCommerce growth. This is a player-coach role combining hands-on execution with cross-functional leadership: you will be able to operate campaigns directly in-platform when required, while coordinating internal and external resources to launch acquisition initiatives from zero to scaled performance, with strong ownership, prioritization, and operational discipline.
The responsibilities of the role:
End-to-end Acquisition Project Leadership
• Lead acquisition initiatives from strategy to execution: objectives, channel mix, budget allocation, deliverables, timelines, and results.
• Build and run acquisition projects from scratch (new products, new campaigns, new audiences, new landing experiences), ensuring fast and high-quality delivery.
• Own cross-functional coordination to deliver end-to-end: align and manage resources across creative/content, SEO, CRO/UX, web/dev, analytics and any external partners.
Performance Marketing Execution (Hands-on when required)
• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Google Ads (Search/PMAX/YouTube) and Meta Ads (minimum).
• Ensure full-funnel performance: audience strategy, creative testing, retargeting, landing page alignment, and continuous optimization.
• Lead generation: manage lead volume and quality with a pragmatic approach to qualification signals and funnel efficiency.
eCommerce Growth Enablement (Acquisition + Conversion)
• Understand and drive eCommerce growth levers in partnership with CRO/UX, SEO/GEO and web teams.
Opportunity Detection & Growth Intelligence
• Proactively identify growth opportunities: new segments, keywords, audiences, creatives angles, offers, and new sources of demand.
Operating Cadence & Stakeholder Management
• Establish execution cadence: weekly priorities, workstreams tracking, decision-making forums, and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control across deliverables (briefing standards, QA checklists, and launch readiness) to prevent errors and rework.
Experience and Skills:
• . 7-10+ years in agency or hybrid environments, with proven ownership of acquisition/performance projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end lead generation and acquisition programs, including cross-functional delivery.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (campaign setup, optimization, structure, bidding, targeting, retargeting).
• Strong understanding of eCommerce fundamentals (conversion drivers, UX implications, landing page performance, measurement basics).
• Strong project leadership: scope definition, prioritization, resource coordination, and delivery under pressure.
• Commercial mindset and performance orientation: ability to connect actions to outcomes and make trade-offs.
• Clear, direct communication and strong stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with additional paid platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, DV360).
• Experience scaling campaigns across multiple audiences/markets and managing external agencies/vendors.
• Basic knowledge of tracking fundamentals (events, pixels, UTMs) to ensure launch
Languages:
• English: C1 level required (written and spoken).
• Spanish: native.
