What you will do

:

Impress

is seeking a transformative

VP of Global Sales

to architect and execute our next phase of international expansion. As the leader of our global commercial engine, you will bridge the gap between digital-first patient acquisition and high-touch clinical conversion. You will be responsible for the strategic alignment of sales technology, regional performance, and clinical throughput across 10+ global markets

Design and implement a standardized, data-driven sales methodology across all global territories (Europe and US). Drive sales results globally to ensure objectives are achieved in all clinics and partners. Establish rigorous Sales Operations frameworks to provide real-time visibility into pipeline health and conversion velocity. Monitor the sales budget on a daily and weekly basis, track doctors, sales and partner’s conversions, create and execute improvement action plans when required. Lead network of partner’s clinics. Partner with Marketing to synchronize demand generation with clinical capacity. Ensure the growth and cash flow profitability of Impress clinics & partners. Coach and train sales team, dentists, partners on sales best practices and monitor their KPIs. Foster a culture of accountability through clear KPIs, incentive structures, and continuous professional development. Ensure compliance with sales processes and correct follow-up procedures. Solve escalated issues. Support openings of new clinics as required. Ensure 100% amazing look and feel in the clinics and highest NPS. Be available to travel.

Your Profile:

Proven Track Record: 10+ years of progressive leadership in high-growth environments. Experience in B2B, SaaS, D2C or Tech-Enabled Services. Proven experience on structured, scalable sales processes. Deep understanding of businesses that blend digital platforms with physical infrastructure (Health-tech, Prop-tech, or Premium Retail). Proven experience managing P&L across diverse regulatory environments and multiple countries.
