SAP HCM Spanish Payroll Consultant

who will play a crucial role in bridging technology and business needs, driving innovation, and delivering high-quality solutions tailored to our clients' unique challenges.

Key responsibilities:

Design and configure

SAP Payroll solutions

tailored to each client’s specific needs. Translate business requirements into efficient processes within

SAP Payroll . Provide specialized technical and functional consulting in payroll and HR processes. Deliver training sessions and workshops to optimize end-user adoption of SAP tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integrations.

Your profile:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience

working with

SAP HCM, specifically Spanish Payroll. Strong technical knowledge, with the ability to perform

analysis and debugging

of related processes and systems. Problem-solving and accuracy:

High capacity to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex issues, with strong attention to detail and rigor in execution. Adaptability and teamwork:

Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating flexibility and commitment. Communication and interpersonal skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for building trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering collaboration and understanding of needs. Been located in Madrid or the surrounding area is mandatory , as this position will initially follow a

hybrid working model . On-site presence will be required

two days per week

to meet the needs of the project. A fluent level of

English will be highly valued , though not mandatory.
