You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing communication strategies that foster transparency, engagement, and alignment with the company’s objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesContent writing for internal communication: Create clear, engaging, and consistent messages for internal channels.Coordination with international teams: Ensure smooth collaboration and alignment across global stakeholders.Organization of corporate events: Plan and execute events that promote employee engagement and company values.Preparation of reports and KPI tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives.Your profileDegree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or relatedExpert in Digital Communication3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role (an experience in an international environment is a plus)Knowledge of tools such as WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp or Brevo.Experience in organising corporate eventsProficient level of Spanish and EnglishOutstanding written and verbal communication, as well as good synthesising skillsExcellent project management skillsHigh attention to detailsPublic relations skills to adapt to different departments and different audiences
