We are looking for an Agile Coach to help drive the adoption of modern delivery practices You will work closely with the Atlassian Administrator to ensure teams use Jira, Confluence, Xray, and related tools effectively but your primary mission is culture and Ways of Working & Agile Coaching ~ Coach teams and business stakeholders on Agile, Lean, and modern delivery practices. ~ Facilitate the transition from classical project management to Atlassian-powered delivery ~(real-time dashboards, automated reporting, Jira governance, OKR/roadmap alignment in ~ Confluence, etc.). ~ Hands-on understanding of Jira Software and Confluence, including boards, fields, ~ dashboards, hierarchies, and team configurations. ~ Ability to translate ways‑of‑working practices into Jira setups (boards, workflows, templates, dashboards). ~ Comfortable performing basic Jira/Confluence adjustments and guiding teams on setups. ~ Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their implementation within ~ Exposure to Xray, Script Runner, Advanced Roadmaps, and general Atlassian marketplace apps is a plus. ~ Understanding of DevOps concepts, CI/CD visibility, and how teams can integrate with Atlassian tools. ~ Agile Certification (Must Have)
