Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Responsable de eventos at Aldovea Catering, located in Torrejón de Ardoz. The responsibilities include planning and managing events, liaising with clients, organizing logistics, budgeting, and ensuring events run smoothly. The role will involve coordinating with various teams, vendors, and clients to deliver flawless events while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Qualifications Proven skills in Event Planning and Event Management to coordinate and execute seamless events Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to collaborate effectively with clients and teams Budgeting expertise to manage financial aspects and optimize resources for events successfully Proactive organizational and time management skills to handle multiple events and tasks simultaneously Experience in the catering and hospitality industry is an advantage Flexibility to adapt to clients’ needs and a passion for ensuring high-quality experiences Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred
