Senior Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

As a Senior Social Media Manager (m/f/d), you shape how this experience translates into organic social across all our markets. You lead our community managers, define platform strategies, align closely with influencer and paid media activities, and translate performance insights into structured growth. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and build a scalable international organic social function.

Your Responsibilities
Own and develop the organic social media strategy across all countries and platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
Develop and execute a clear LinkedIn content strategy to strengthen our employer branding, expansion storytelling and corporate positioning
Plan content around local, regional and international holidays, events and cultural trends to ensure ongoing relevance in each market
Directly manage and lead our community managers across markets and ensure full compliance with our marketing guidelines and quality standards
Educate internal community managers on platform dynamics and social trends
Personally handle community management in selected key markets depending on your language skills
Build and maintain structured posting plans and editorial overviews for key markets
Identify trends early and proactively test new content formats
Work closely with influencer marketing and paid media to ensure campaigns are aligned across channels
Create structured performance reports and dashboards, translating insights into clear strategic recommendations
Define and implement escalation processes for sensitive community or reputational topics
Your Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience managing professional social media accounts across companies or agencies, with measurable results
Strong hands-on expertise in TikTok strategy and execution
Proven experience developing content strategies and managing LinkedIn accounts for corporate or employer branding purposes
Deep understanding of branding and how to translate positioning into platform-native content
Experience leading community managers or small social teams
Strong analytical mindset and confidence in building performance reports
Fluent English is essential
German is a strong plus
Additional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel to stores and occasionally support launches
Comfortable and willing to appear on camera for marketing content when needed
Nice to Have
Experience in food & beverage or retail
Strong ability to shoot and produce vertical short-form video content (TikTok / Reels)
Comfortable appearing on camera when required
