VOICEB.ai builds Autonomous Sales Voice Agents (ASVA) that replace traditional enterprise call centres.
Our AI agents qualify inbound leads, handle objections, collect structured data, and close or route sales in real time. This is not a chatbot layer or a call-center add-on. It is a fully autonomous sales infrastructure designed for high-intent inbound traffic.
Enterprises use VOICEB.ai to transition from agent-assisted models to call-centerless sales — increasing conversion rates while reducing acquisition cost and headcount dependency.
Built by the creators of Whisbi, VOICEB.ai is already live with enterprise clients across telecom, energy, insurance, fintech, and automotive.
We are defining a new category in Europe.
Role Overview
We are hiring our
first-ever SDR .
This is a founding role. You will build the outbound engine from zero and work directly with the CEO to generate qualified pipeline.
You won’t inherit sequences or sit inside a 10-person SDR team. You will design, test, iterate, and own the Tier 2 mid-market pipeline across Spain and Europe.
Your meetings will directly convert into live POCs within weeks.
What You’ll Do
Build targeted account lists (50–3,000 employees, B2C enterprises with active inbound sales operations)
Focus on verticals: energy, insurance, fintech, telecom, automotive, home security
Launch and manage multi-channel outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls)
Prospect CMOs, Heads of Digital, Growth, and Performance Marketing leaders
Deliver 8–12 qualified meetings per month
A/B test subject lines, hooks, and CTAs weekly
Monitor buying triggers (new CMO hires, AI initiatives, BPO renewals)
Respond to replies within 2 hours and qualify efficiently
Own Tier 2 pipeline performance

You will compress years of commercial learning into months.
Growth Path
Months 1–3:
Launch sequences, book first meetings, build pipeline foundation
Months 3–6:
Consistently deliver 8–12 qualified meetings/month
Months 6–12:
Support enterprise ABM, join discovery calls, contribute to strategy
Year 2+:
Path to Account Executive, SDR Team Lead, or full-cycle European expansion role
This is not a capped role.
Qualifications
Must Have
Fluent Spanish (Spain) and English
0–2 years experience (internships count)
Strong written communication
High drive and commercial curiosity
Organized and disciplined
Comfortable with rejection
Based in Barcelona (remote-friendly)
Bonus
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools
Startup or B2B SaaS exposure
Experience building something independently
