Overview
We are building an AI-native Finance Operating System designed for complex, growing companies. Our focus is enterprise-grade positioning, structural differentiation, and disciplined go-to-market execution.
We are looking for a hands-on Sales Support Specialist to support our enterprise sales motion in Switzerland and Germany. Ideally based in Lisbon.
This role is about precision targeting, not mass marketing.
Responsibilities
What you will do
Build and own a focused target account list in the €10M–€100M revenue range, prioritizing companies with real finance complexity and budget.
Identify and map CFOs, Heads of Finance, CEOs, and buying committees to drive structured, multi-stakeholder outreach.
Open enterprise-level conversations through highly tailored outbound, not generic marketing sequences.
Lead direct outreach across LinkedIn, email, and strategic introductions to generate qualified meetings.
Drive accounts from first contact to qualified opportunity through disciplined follow-up and commercial conversations.
Track pipeline progression and engagement rigorously to ensure momentum and avoid drop-offs.
Continuously refine targeting based on pricing discussions, objections, and real buying signals.
Create sales-ready presentations and commercial assets
What we are looking for
3–6 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic outbound in B2B environments.
Proven ability to open conversations with senior decision-makers such as CFOs, Heads of Finance, or CEOs.
Strong commercial instinct and comfort discussing budget, ROI, and pricing early in the process.
Structured, disciplined approach to pipeline management and follow-up.
Confidence operating in long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
Experience selling ERP, finance software, SaaS infrastructure, or other complex B2B technology is a strong advantage.
Success in this role means 90 first days
Opening structured, high-quality conversations with enterprise accounts that match our complexity and budget criteria.
Building a qualified pipeline with real buying intent, not just early-stage interest.
Securing first pricing discussions and commercial evaluations within the target segment.
Generating 3–5 serious enterprise opportunities within the first 90 days.
Creating a predictable outbound motion that consistently produces qualified meetings.
