Job Summary:

Clase Azul is looking for an

Luxury Account Specialist

who will Develop account management plan to meet business objectives. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Organize staff training for performance and skill developments. Ensure client deliverables are in accordance with company standards..

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Manage the portfolio of Clients (distributors) of the Company within its geographical area.

Contribute to the development and growth of the CLASE AZUL Clients so that they understand precisely what is the DNA and history of the company and can, in turn, transmit this identity to their end customers.

Planning and development of training actions so that the Company's pieces are properly positioned in the different points of sale.

Optimization of the business already established within CLASE AZUL.

Analyze and implement trade actions for the optimization and promotion of the items that the Company sells to its Distributors, and these in turn, to the final consumer.

Organization and supervision of the whole process of product sales and stock optimization so that there is an exact correlation between sell-in and sell-out.

Search for maximum profitability and full satisfaction of the Company's Customers in all operations.

Creation of communication channels and solutions based on the understanding and knowledge of the internal procedures and protocols of CLASE AZUL at the national and international levels, following its proven lines and ideas.

Development and maintenance of detailed knowledge of the different items in each category and the communication that supports it, in order to enhance and lead the corporate image of CLASE AZUL in the different distributors and with respect to the rest of the spaces at the international level.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in luxury , Hospitality, Sales. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and engage effectively Willingness and ability to travel, including a valid driver's license Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills Attention to detail Advance English and Spanish
