Pharmacovigilance Quality Assurance Support

PVQA Support

professional to join our team. The role acts as a

key liaison between the Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Quality Assurance (QA) departments

, supporting routine quality activities, monitoring deviations, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation updates.

PSMF Update:

Quality check of the Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF) and preparation of sections related to quality, including

indicators, audits, CAPAs, and deviations

. Deviations Management:

Follow-up on

supplier deviations

and management within internal systems. Monitor and supervise

internal deviations

, propose and track

CAPAs

, and coordinate PSMF preparation activities. Serve as a

link between PV and QA departments

, facilitating communication and workflow. Ensure proper use of the

quality system platform

and adherence to established processes.

Bachelor’s degree in

Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field

. Experience in

quality assurance, pharmacovigilance, or pharmaceutical operations

is preferred. Knowledge of

CAPA management, deviations, and quality metrics

. Excellent

communication skills

in English; Spanish fluency preferred. Willingness to receive

training on quality systems and platforms
