We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a high level of proficiency in leveraging Adobe Creative Suite to craft visually compelling designs. As a key contributor, the Graphic Designer will be instrumental in developing creative solutions that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our messages.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to comprehend project requirements and transform them into visually impactful designs. Be an expert in creative tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma to create high-quality graphics and layouts across diverse media, such as marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and website elements. Stay abreast of design trends, tools, and industry best practices, ensuring our designs remain cutting-edge and resonate with our audience. Uphold brand consistency throughout all design projects and platforms. Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and project specifications, working collaboratively to achieve desired outcomes. Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating the ability to thrive under high-volume workloads and meet tight agency and client deadlines.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an agency environment. Proven track record as a Graphic Designer, supported by a robust portfolio showcasing versatility across various design projects. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and Figma (as a minimum) Strong grasp of design principles, typography, and color theory. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a discerning eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing a high volume of work and meeting tight agency and client deadlines. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design is required.
