We are seeking an

Investment Associate

to support portfolio management and new investment activities across a diversified asset base. The role involves deep analytical work, financial modeling, and transaction support, working closely with senior investment professionals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct industry and company research for investment and portfolio review purposes Build and maintain financial models, valuations, and projections for M&A and investment transactions Support due diligence processes in coordination with external advisors Assist with performance improvement initiatives across portfolio companies Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and ad-hoc analyses Engage with portfolio company management and external stakeholders as required Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field (CFA or MBA a plus) 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or management consulting Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
