We are looking for a

Project Director

to lead the execution of large-scale photovoltaic solar plants in the state of New York, USA. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project life cycle, ensuring the correct technical, financial, and timely execution of each project phase, from planning to commissioning. The position will be based in our offices in the Parque Tecnológico de Paterna (Valencia), while the projects will be developed in the state of New York, USA.

Key Responsibilities Overall Project Management : Oversee the planning, execution, control, and closure of photovoltaic projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and technical requirements are met. Coordination of Multidisciplinary Teams : Work with the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Quality, and Safety teams to ensure the correct execution of the project. Resource Management : Plan and manage the human, material, and equipment resources necessary for project execution, ensuring their availability within the established timelines. Financial Control : Supervise and control the budget for each project, ensuring profitability and compliance with defined financial goals. Regulatory Compliance and Quality : Ensure that projects comply with local and international regulations regarding quality, safety, and the environment. Monitoring and Reporting : Prepare periodic progress reports for senior management and clients, ensuring the achievement of project milestones. Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks throughout all project phases. Document Management : Oversee the correct management of technical and contractual project documentation, ensuring proper updates and filing.

Requirements University degree in Engineering, Architecture, or similar. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management. Experience in team management and resource coordination. Leadership and decision-making skills. Fluent in English (both written and spoken), as the projects will be executed in the USA and involve interaction with international teams. Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills. Availability for occasional travel to the USA during project execution. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Microsoft tools, ERP, etc.).

Additional Valued Experience Experience in managing large-scale photovoltaic solar plant projects. Knowledge of technical regulations and procedures applicable to photovoltaic projects. Familiarity with U.S. technical regulations. Experience with international projects.
