WORKDAY PROJECT MANAGER - REMOTE - ASAP START - SPAIN/EUROPE - LIFE SCIENCES
Our client are seeking a highly experienced Senior Workday Project Manager to lead a critical Workday HCM deployment. You will be the driving force behind the end-to-end implementation of Workday.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Management:
Lead the Workday Greenfield deployment from planning and design through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support utilizing standard Workday deployment methodologies.
Functional Leadership:
Act as the functional expert for Workday HCM and Talent Management, guiding process design decisions and best practices.
Risk & Scope Management:
Proactively identify project risks, manage scope changes, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Change Management Support:
Collaborate with change management teams to ensure a smooth transition, driving user adoption and readiness.
Qualifications
Senior-level experience in managing complex Workday deployments, with a proven track record of successfully leading implementations.
Required Skills
Core Workday Expertise:
Mandatory, proven hands-on deployment experience and deep functional knowledge of Workday HCM and Workday Talent Management.
Project Management Mastery:
Strong command of hybrid project management methodologies and the standard Workday deployment methodology, with the ability to manage strict timelines and cross-functional teams.
Communication Skills:
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical business leaders. Fluent or native English speaker is a must.
