Data Analyst
We are partnering with an international biotechnology‑driven company operating globally and focused on delivering innovative, patient‑centric solutions through precision‑based therapeutic approaches. With a strong commitment to science, innovation, and data‑driven decision‑making, the company continues to expand its capabilities across multiple markets.
We are currently looking for a Data Analyst to join their team in Barcelona.
What will your responsibilities be?
Review and analyze sales performance across multiple dimensions: physician, product, sales representative, and overall sales results.
Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to provide ongoing analytical insights and business support.
Prepare and deliver the monthly performance report to corporate stakeholders.
Evaluate sales impact, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision‑making.
Analyze pricing strategies, discounts, selling / sell‑out data, and commercial effectiveness.
Support Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) activities through data interpretation and performance review.
Develop and maintain analytical models and reporting tools.
Expand analytics to additional dimensions, territories, areas, and hospitals, as part of mid‑term roadmap.
Participate in projects related to data automation, process optimization, and advanced visualization.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper governance of all data and reports.
What are the requirements?
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in data analysis, controlling, or market analytics.
Experience working in structured and multinational environments.
Advanced proficiency in Excel
and strong analytical skills.
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
CRM knowledge (experience with Veeva is a plus).
Strong financial modeling capabilities and KPI interpretation skills.
Theoretical and practical knowledge of AI tools.
Programming skills a plus (Python, R, Java).
High level of English (spoken and written)
