, we’re looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our tourism & hospitality project in Málaga. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and delivering high-quality service — this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Support customers in Dutch via phone and other channels • Assist with bookings, guest services & travel-related inquiries • Provide an excellent customer experience • Work closely with an international team in a dynamic environment

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Full professional fluency in Dutch (native or bilingual level) • Advanced English • At least 1 year of customer service experience • Hospitality, tourism, or sales experience is a strong plus • Motivation to work in an international environment • Currently living in Málaga or willing to relocate

What We Offer

• Permanent contract (2-month probation period) • 39 hours per week • Start date: March 16th, 2026 • On-site training at our central Málaga office (Avenida de Andalucía) • Competitive salary: €21,500 gross/year
