System Engineer- Customer Service Infrastructure

Málaga, Spain (Hybrid) Attractive salary! 40h/week | Flexible schedule

Your Role As a

System Engineer- Customer Service Infrastructure , you will own and optimize the Salesforce Service Cloud environment and customer service tech stack.

You will: Develop and optimize

Salesforce Service Cloud

(case management, email-to-case, automation flows) Build and maintain

Apex classes, triggers, test coverage & Lightning Web Components Design complex

Salesforce Flows

(routing, automation, operational workflows) Configure omnichannel routing (queues, skills, presence statuses) Manage CTI integrations, telephony routing & IVR logic Implement API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) Explore and apply

AI-driven automation & routing intelligence Monitor performance and proactively improve system efficiency Act as a technical escalation point for customer service tools Collaborate closely with Customer Service Operations to translate business needs into scalable solutions

What We’re Looking For 3+ years of hands-on experience with

Salesforce Service Cloud Strong experience with

Apex, LWC, SOQL & Flows Experience with case routing, email-to-case & automation Familiarity with omnichannel routing & telephony/CTI systems Understanding of API integrations Interest in AI applications within customer service Strong analytical mindset & ability to work with non-technical stakeholders Fluent English (German is a plus)

Nice to Have Salesforce certifications (Admin / Platform Developer I) Service Cloud Voice experience Experience Cloud knowledge CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Git-based workflows) Generative AI exposure
