CN Labs is a business unit developing and producing products for third parties. We provide a wide range of products (Bars, Gels. We carry out research to offer specialists new nutritional solutions that cover our customers’ needs.
The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for leading and driving the strategic and operational success of the CDMO business unit. This role will oversee sales and commercial operations. The role will work with R&D and Operations to ensure alignment with the company’s overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial thinking, and a result-driven approach as well as enough product technical skills to improve the future portfolio (personalized offering).
Lead Commercial: Get new customers. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with key customers and industry partners to enhance business opportunities.
Manage KAM and supervise the commercial operations – customer service (mainly Europe and LATAM)
Project Management and operational excellence: Tracking projects from the beginning to the validation of designs and production planning.
Collaboration with the R&D and Regulatory to track projects
Lead customer service and coordinate with quality to support customers
Lead the BU strategy implementation and business plans.
Financial Management: Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness
Education Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Food sciences (CTA, Nutrition), Life Sciences (Biology, Pharma, …), or a related field.
Business Master is a desirable qualification.
English is a must and other languages are desirable.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the nutrition industry, with a proven track record in sales and proven experience managing international partners, budgets and financial performance effectively.
