Senior Electrical Engineer

to join our team and work with a leading client in the

Oil&Gas and Power Generation Industry

. The position is based in

Bilbao

, and

fluent English is required

, as the role involves participation in a variety of national and international projects.

Define and establish electrical design criteria in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards -Report to the Discipline Leader and actively collaborate in project planning and technical management -Perform and/or review electrical engineering calculations, studies, and technical analyses -Prepare, review, and validate key electrical discipline documents for projects and proposals -Review and approve electrical engineering deliverables to ensure quality and compliance -Participate in and support inspections, testing, and commissioning activities -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Electrical Department -Mentor, support, and train junior and less experienced engineers

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, or Mining Engineer with specialization in Energy). -10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, including at least 8 years in detailed engineering for power generation or industrial projects (Oil & Gas, refining, or petrochemical). -Proven experience in the design of MV/LV electrical installations for industrial and power generation facilities. -Availability and willingness to travel as required by project needs. -Demonstrated ability to work effectively on complex engineering challenges

Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Experience with electrical engineering software tools (ETAP, SKM Power Tools, SmartElectrical, Dialux) is considered a plus
