Senior Legal Advisor with significant in‑house legal experience
to play a central role in supporting Roiback's commercial operations and strategic growth.

This position leads key legal activities across contracting, commercial enablement, and strategic projects, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements that support Roiback's product offering and business operations.
Ensure accurate documentation of obligations, responsibilities, and commercial frameworks between Roiback and external parties.
Act as the legal lead for key strategic Roiback initiatives.
Provide early legal input on project structuring, commercial implications, technical dependencies, and risk exposure.
Improve and simplify Roiback's legal processes, including contract templates, guidelines, and workflows.
Design practical, scalable frameworks that align with Roiback's operational and commercial realities.
Act as the primary liaison between external counsel and internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Experience as an in‑house legal counsel
, ideally focusing on commercial or technology matters.
Strong understanding of the
hotel tech ecosystem
, distribution models, and digital product environments.
Demonstrated ability to work with
commercial teams
, understand product offerings, and support economic and pricing structures.
Strong
negotiation skills
and experience with commercial and economic analysis.
Hands‑on experience managing large contract volumes and working with tools such as Excel.
Law degree from a reputable institution; Business‑level proficiency in
