Ensure accurate documentation of obligations, responsibilities, and commercial frameworks between Roiback and external parties. Act as the legal lead for key strategic Roiback initiatives. Provide early legal input on project structuring, commercial implications, technical dependencies, and risk exposure. Improve and simplify Roiback's legal processes, including contract templates, guidelines, and workflows. Design practical, scalable frameworks that align with Roiback's operational and commercial realities.
