Your Mission
Contribute to compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) requirements during the construction and operation of projects, ensuring the proper implementation of corporate standards. Likewise, participate in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001), as well as in the collection and consolidation of information for the Sustainability and ESG Report.
Accountabilities:
Contribute to compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) requirements during the construction and operation of projects, ensuring the proper implementation of corporate standards. Likewise, participate in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001), as well as in the collection and consolidation of information for the Sustainability and ESG Report.
Construction: Support in health and safety document management and monitoring of projects under construction. Support the construction department in the environmental monitoring of projects. Assist in the supervision and control of subcontracted companies and technicians for environmental, health, and safety management. Participate in meetings and site visits to oversee the above aspects.
Operation and Maintenance: Support in project access control and review documentation for preventive and corrective maintenance operations carried out by third parties. Assist the operations and maintenance department in monitoring health and safety and waste management matters.
Support in the management of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.

Your Profile
• Health and safety legislation, environmental legislation.
• Health and safety plans, risk assessments, and self-protection plans.
• Knowledge and use of the Office suite.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, sustainability reports, and non-financial reports is valued.
• Service quality orientation. Responsibility.
• Ability to work in a team. Proactivity. Pragmatism.
• Procedural mindset. Openness to change.
• Professional and structured communication.
• Ability to coordinate within multidisciplinary teams.
• Degree in Engineering or Technical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or similar degree.
• Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention.
• High level of English.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
