As a Backend Engineer within the Cross-Connectors squad, you’ll play a key role in developing and scaling the company’s core platform. Designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, secure APIs ~ Developing robust backend services in Python (Go is a strong plus ) ~ Collaborating with Product and DevOps teams to turn business needs into technical solutions ~ Ensuring the platform’s scalability, performance, and security ~ 2–5 years of experience in backend development ~ Strong expertise in Python (Go experience highly valued) ~ Good knowledge of SQL + ORM (SQLAlchemy) ~ Experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, IAM, etc.) ~ Strong engineering culture: clean code, testing, CI/CD, agile mindset
