DevOps Engineer - (Python)

We are an international technology scale-up in a strong growth phase, building our own product with a strong focus on data and artificial intelligence. Operating in a fully cloud-native environment, we are entering a key stage of platform evolution, where automation, scalability, reliability, and security are strategic priorities. We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the evolution of our infrastructure and help us build a robust, secure, and scalable cloud platform ready for international expansion. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain the cloud infrastructure that powers our fast-scaling business. Working closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, you'll build infrastructure as code (IaC), develop automation pipelines, and continuously improve our AWS-based platform. Design, maintain, and evolve our AWS cloud infrastructure. Implement and improve Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) practices. Improve observability (monitoring, logging, alerting). Collaborate closely with backend, data, and AI teams to enable reliable deployments. Drive DevOps culture and best practices across engineering teams. 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering / SRE roles. Strong hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, EKS, Lambda, etc.). Solid expertise in Terraform (or similar IaC tools). Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.). Containerization experience with Docker and orchestration tools. Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar). Fluent Spanish and English (international distributed team). Hybrid work model with high flexibility.
