We are expanding our delivery capacity and are looking for a

Freelance Recruiter / Talent Partner

based in the Canary Islands to collaborate on international search projects.

As a Freelance Recruiter, you will work on

end-to-end recruitment delivery

or

research-focused assignments

, depending on the project. You will collaborate closely with the Director and commercial team, focusing on high-quality candidate identification and assessment.

Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, databases and direct search Close collaboration with Altorecruit’s commercial direction

Experience as a Recruiter or Researcher (agency or in-house) Ability to work autonomously as a freelancer

English required Spanish Freelance collaboration Access to Altorecruit projects and tools Possibility to evolve into a more integrated or permanent role as the company grows
