Team Lead - German Market | Barcelona

Barcelona, Spain | ASAP We are looking for an experienced

Team Lead

to support the

development of our German market

from our international hub in Barcelona.

You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the German tech ecosystem while

leading and developing a team of consultants

.

We are open to candidates coming from 360 recruitment or B2B sales environments

, as long as they bring strong commercial skills and experience managing a team.

Proven experience in

recruitment, sales, or 360° consulting Strong

business development and commercial mindset Understanding of the

German / DACH market

is a strong advantage Native or bilingual

German

and fluent
