Crypto Arbitrage Trader

Unlike traditional asset managers, we operate with a pure performance mandate, trading our own capital across inefficiencies in fragmented crypto markets. Our team combines expertise from proprietary trading desks, derivatives markets, and crypto-native infrastructure to capture low-latency and structural arbitrage opportunities.

As we continue expanding our European operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Crypto Arbitrage Trader based in Spain to develop and execute exchange, funding rate, and cross-instrument arbitrage strategies. This is a high-autonomy, performance-driven role with direct impact on capital growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and execute cross-exchange, triangular, and funding rate arbitrage opportunities. Monitor spreads between spot, perpetual futures, and quarterly futures markets. Manage capital allocation across multiple exchanges and counterparties. Optimize execution speed and minimize slippage and transaction costs. Implement structured risk controls, including exposure and counterparty limits. Analyze order book depth, liquidity conditions, and volatility regimes. Track performance metrics, capital efficiency, and Sharpe ratio improvements.

Requirements

Proven experience executing crypto arbitrage strategies with real capital. Strong understanding of exchange mechanics, funding rates, basis spreads, and liquidity fragmentation. Experience managing API-based or automated execution systems. Advanced risk management discipline with tight drawdown control. Ability to operate independently in a fully remote structure. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Professional proficiency in English.

What We Offer
