German & English Customer Service Representative

Your main responsibility will be to provide customer service in German and English, both by phone and email, for a leading financial institution, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements Languages: Advanced German and English (minimum C1 level) Experience: Previous experience in customer service Availability: Residence in Madrid or willingness to relocate

What We Offer Permanent contract with a 2-month probation period Full-time position: 39 hours per week Salary: €22,000 gross per year Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm Work modality: On-site position near Puerta de Toledo -Piramides, with the possibility of hybrid work after completing the learning curve. Training: Paid on-site training (under contract), Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Fridays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
