German market , and we’re looking for

German-speaking professionals with full professional proficiency

Your Profile No prior recruitment experience required —

motivation is key Fluent in German

with full professional proficiency (mandatory), and

fluent in English

with professional proficiency. Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Positive, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset Strong commercial awareness and appetite for challenges Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Your Responsibilities Identify and engage candidates on the

German market Support candidates throughout the full recruitment process Understand client needs and match them with relevant profiles Gradually develop your consulting and advisory skills
