Sales Development Representative
1–3 yrs experience · Remote in Europe (Spain preferred) · Full-time

You are early in your sales career, but you are not early in your ambition. You ask questions, test ideas, and get better every week.
Whether it's a cold call, a LinkedIn exchange, or a discovery call, you find energy in connecting with people, understanding their world and finding where you can be useful.
You are comfortable talking to a startup CTO and a procurement director at a global enterprise.
You follow what is happening in sales tech and you are always looking for a smarter way to work.
CNLabs is growing across Europe and we are building the commercial team to match. As our first SDR in Europe, you will be working directly with and coached by our CRO, someone with deep experience building high-performance revenue organisations from the ground up.
Research prospects thoroughly and personalise your outreach, we want quality over volume
Qualify leads and book high-quality discovery calls for the CNLabs commercial team
Own your pipeline in CRM: activity, follow-ups, and metrics are yours to manage
1–3 years of B2B sales development or inside sales experience in tech, SaaS, or professional services
~ Hands-on with modern sales tools: sequencing platforms (e.g. Apollo, Outreach, Instantly, Lemlist), CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
~ Fluent in English and at least 1 additional European language
~ Detail-oriented: in your research, your copy, and your data
~ Fully remote: ideally work from Spain, but anywhere in Europe for the right individual
