Junior Strategy Analyst

Role Responsibilities Each day presents a unique set of challenges and opportunities. However, certain tasks may include: Support end-to-end operations, including discovery, partner matching, workflow documentation, and process consistency across teams. Ensure accuracy and alignment of data across CRM, internal databases, and product systems, acting as the reference for data quality. Produce dashboards and reports to monitor deals and MRR performance. Provide data-driven operational support to internal teams, track KPIs and SLAs, and ensure proper issue routing and follow-up. Improve scalability by automating manual tasks and optimizing internal workflows.

Role Requirements Finished a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data / Analytics 1–2 years work experience in Strategy Consulting/ Investment Banking/ Startup/ VC. Strong interest in the Tech scale-ups ecosystem (i.e. Itnig) and understanding of SaaS business models. Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyse and interpret data to make informed business decisions. Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure and in a context of shifting priorities. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to build relationships with stakeholders and Factorial leaders. Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. High proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM software is a plus. Fluent in English and
