Key Account Manager (French speaking)

to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic clients, delivering best-in-class advertising solutions and client support to ensure retention and long-term business expansion. This role requires a highly client-facing and consultative profile, capable of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and driving upsell of new products and services within the French market. You will also work closely with internal cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations) to ensure client feedback is translated into actionable improvements and successful campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Account Management Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high-quality day-to-day client management and fast resolution of issues. Build long-term trusted relationships with clients and agencies, developing strong partnerships across multiple stakeholders. Develop and execute account strategies to maximize client investment and long-term value. Client Consulting & Business Growth Understand client business and brand objectives, providing consultative support and strategic recommendations. Identify scaling opportunities through upselling and expansion of services, products, or media solutions. Deliver forward-thinking, data-driven analysis to support high-impact growth opportunities. Onboarding & Cross-Functional Coordination Lead the onboarding process for new strategic accounts, acting as an internal project manager to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery. Coordinate internal teams to ensure campaign execution, client satisfaction, and alignment across stakeholders. Communicate client insights and feedback to internal Product and Engineering teams to support continuous improvement. Reporting & Business Reviews Generate and present post-campaign performance analysis with actionable recommendations. Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to drive renewals, client satisfaction, and incremental revenue growth. Maintain strong visibility on account performance and proactively propose optimizations. Client Engagement & Market Representation Lead client engagement initiatives including events, industry meetings, trade shows, and agency presentations. Represent the company in the French market, strengthening brand positioning and client trust.

Requirements: Experience in a client-facing role (account management, consulting, marketing), ideally within agency or advertiser environments. Strong network and understanding of the

French market . Proven ability to grow revenue and scale existing client relationships. Strong knowledge of digital, mobile and traditional media landscapes. Solid understanding of direct response and brand marketing principles. Strong knowledge of

programmatic advertising, attribution, and the digital ecosystem . Ability to influence senior decision-makers and manage multiple stakeholders. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work with minimal supervision. Comfortable working in a commercial environment and leading client-facing initiatives. Native French speaker (mandatory).
