Collection Program Assistant
This position will be located in
Spain.
This position provide administrative and operational support to the Collection Program Manager to ensure the effective execution of the collections program. Assist with monitoring processes, preparing reports, coordinating activities, and collaborating on other projects within the department.
CONTRACT TYPE:
Temporary position (6-month contract)
JOB SETTING:
Office or hybrid, with minimum of 40% attendance in regional FC office. Requires domestic and international travel.
JOB LOCATION:
Global position – Spanish Fall Creek Regional office would be ideal.
ORGANIZATIONAL FIT:
Reports to the Collection Program Manager. Collaborates closely with members of Finance, Legal, IT and regional Commercial teams and potentially with customers. Interact frequently with customers.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As Collection Program Assistant you are responsible for:
Support the process of planning, coordinating, and ultimately managing all royalties (excluding Sekoya).
Support on the customer management system (whether Smartsheet, Excel, or otherwise).
Coordinates with all other functions including Finance, IT, Legal, Product Management and Customer Service.
In coordination with regional Commercial teams, maintains the data integrity of the customer management system (e.g. VAA, validation with ERP, etc.).
Support the implementation process of the new ERP (Netsuite) in Europe, carrying out the AUT (testing) phase.
Support the developing a detailed and strategic understanding of collection royalties.
Develops annual and 5-year forecast in coordination with Commercial and Finance teams.
Along with the forecast, builds and maintains knowledge of number of plants, timing of planting, including potential replacement, chill level, variety mix, potential discount, and royalty/pricing scheme.
Acts as day –to-day expert of the royalty process through leadership and coordination of cross functional team.
As required and in tight collaboration with regional Grower Support and Customer Service teams, connects with customers/growers.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND TRAINING:
University degree in Finance, Accounting or professional qualification in Business Administration or related fields.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
Strong administrative skills.
Knowledge of, and experience with, operating in an international environment
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills.
High degree of motivation and initiative for developing new business concepts.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships across and between diverse cultures.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Proactive collaborator with commercial insight.
Ability to build trustworthy and enduring relationships inside and outside the organization.
Strong problem solving and detail orientation skills.
Creative thinking skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience using an ERP, preferably NetSuite.
Position requires an executed Proprietary Information, Assignment of Inventions and Restrictive Covenants Agreement.
