This is not a pure technical configuration role; it is a

strategic stakeholder engagement and adoption position

. You will act as the vital bridge between global governance and local marketing teams across multiple international markets.

The Mission Your goal is to ensure the successful adoption of the platform across international markets, standardizing marketing campaign management processes while balancing global consistency with local specificities.

Your Core Responsibilities: Global Deployment:

Coordinate the phased rollout (UAT, Pilot, Rollout) across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Change Facilitation:

Act as a change agent, resolving doubts, overcoming objections, and removing barriers to adoption within local teams. Strategic Governance:

Translate global standards into local contexts and escalate country-specific needs back to the global governance structure. Stakeholder Management:

Manage communications with international stakeholders, drafting formal updates to align responsibilities across teams. Adoption Strategy:

Design and execute adoption plans, including training, communication, and tracking success metrics (login frequency, feature utilization, etc.).

Who You Are (Requirements) Transformation Expertise:

Proven track record in digital transformation, enterprise software deployment (SaaS), or Marketing Operations. Adobe Workfront Knowledge:

Hands-on experience with the platform (Certification is a strong plus). Change Management:

Demonstrated success managing change within multi-country organizations and matrix structures. Languages:

Full professional proficiency in English (C1-C2)

is mandatory for communication with global stakeholders. Navigational Skills:

Ability to navigate complex governance structures within highly regulated environments (Banking/Finance).
