Quality Assurance Specialist

Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and Pilatus requirements Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements Provide training and support to employees on quality procedures and best practices Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our quality management systems remain effective and efficient Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need: A degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or aviation industry setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality-related issues Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and other relevant software applications Fluent English language skills, with proficiency in Spanish desirable Benefits and Opportunities
