Backed by global NetSuite partners, we’re scaling fast and working with some of the most ambitious mid-sized companies in Europe and beyond. We are now looking for a motivated and skilled Python & AWS Backend Engineer to join our team and help build the infrastructure that powers that vision.

Job description

You’ll be building:

The execution layer behind our AI Agent Secure, scalable integrations with NetSuite and other systems Multi-tenant infrastructure running on AWS APIs and orchestration layers that connect data, models, and actions

You’ll collaborate closely with our CTO, Data Engineering, and AI teams to design systems that are robust, observable, and production-grade.

Are extremely motivated. We also look at a:

Must have:

3+ years of experience building backend systems with Python. Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, SQS, ELB, etc.). Experience working with CI/CD pipelines. Solid PostgreSQL knowledge. Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs. Fluent in Spanish and English.

Nice to have:

Experience with DLT, Dagster, or DBT. Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or Langfuse. Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch). Basic frontend knowledge (JS/TS frameworks like Vue, etc.).
