Assistant to Music Agent

Role DescriptionLocation: Based in Buenos Aires, Lima, Bogotá or MedellínIndustry: Live Music / International TouringCommitment: Part-Time (20-25 hrs/week)Travel: Occasional international travel for key shows and events We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Music Agent Assistant to support an international booking agent across Europe, Asia, LATAM and the USA. This part-time, remote role with occasional travel offers long-term collaboration and hands-on exposure to the operational and strategic side of international touring, including offer management, tour coordination, and artist representation support.Key Responsibilities:Manage calendars across multiple time zonesTrack offers, avails, holds, and confirmations (offer grids)Coordinate with promoters, managers, venues, and festivalsAssist in preparing deal memos and organizing contractsSupport tour routing and logistics planningHandle documentation related to tax, invoicing, and withholding processesMaintain structured communication and CRM systemsTravel occasionally to support on-site operationsMaintain strict confidentiality and professional conductConduct market and data research to identify new business opportunities and support business expansionRequirements:Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken)Advanced skills in Google Workspace / ExcelHighly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote structureAbility to travel internationally occasionallyProfessional, emotionally resilient, and able to handle high-pressure situations (you’ll need thick skin and good humor)Expertise in emerging Latin music and Hip-Hop trendsComfortable working with high-profile artists and executives without being star-struckNot required, but we highly value candidates with 1–2 years of experience in a live music agency or related environment, and solid knowledge of legal and accounting principles.Ideal profile:Based in Buenos Aires, Lima, Bogotá or MedellínInterested in long-term collaboration and growth Reliable, organised, and able to manage multiple prioritiesEager to learn and take ownership of operational and strategic tasksEnthusiastic about the international music industryWhat this role offers:Direct exposure to international touring negotiations and artist representationHands-on experience in live music logistics and deal coordinationLong-term collaboration with real responsibility and trustFlexible remote work with occasional travelOpportunity to be involved from the ground up in a fast-growing music agencyProfessional growth and mentorship within a high-level music environmentPlease send the following to jobs@ampd.group:1) Updated résumé2) Short cover note explaining why you want to work in this role
