Sales Development Representative (SDR) – DACH Region

About the Company: Our client supports tech and software companies successful by providing complete commercial outsourcing services in Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific. They manage your local business, virtually creating your own office or acting as your agent / partner, thus facilitating a rapid, effective and highly efficient route to market.

Spain - Remote

As an SDR for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you’ll be the first point of contact with exciting prospects, sparking conversations and creating opportunities that lead to major deals.

Your main job is picking up the phone, connecting with decision-makers, and starting conversations that matter. Run discovery calls, understand needs, and pass on high-quality opportunities to the Business Development team. Work with your Project Leader to build and refine approaches that actually resonate. Stay on top of what’s happening in the German-speaking tech ecosystem and spot trends early. Partner closely with a Business Development Manager and update your Principal Consultant proactively.

1–3 years of sales or business development experience (bonus if B2B/tech). ~ Fluent in German + English (written & spoken). ~ A Bachelor’s degree (business/commercial background is a plus, but not required if you’re ambitious and skilled). ~ Learn from experienced sales leaders, get coaching, and grow into senior roles. Full-time (40h/week), hybrid/remote flexibility depending on project.
