Main mission:

you will oversee our external Public Relations (PR) strategy across Europe, with the goal of enhancing the company’s visibility, safeguarding our reputation, and ensuring a consistent narrative across all channels and audiences. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong management skills and a desire to grow within a leading company in a dynamic international environment.

On-site, Palma de Mallorca Headquarters, Spain.

✔️ What will your day-to-day work be like?

Reporting to the Corporate PR & Institutional Relations Director,

our main responsibilities will include:

Define, implement, and oversee the communication plan for Spain and international European markets, ensuring full alignment with business objectives. Supervise the corporate narrative, including the drafting and oversight of complex internal and external international materials and the preparation of spokespeople. Press Office Management. End-to-end management of media enquiries, including drafting Q&As, thought leadership pieces, press releases, and other media assets. Organise interviews, coordinate events, and manage participation of the company speakers in European forums and other speaker opportunities. Provide strategic counsel to company spokespeople, organising media training and developing bespoke media briefings for various speaking opportunities to ensure maximum alignment with key messaging. Act as the primary point of contact and supervisor for international PR agencies. Responsible for evaluating KPI performance in line with departmental priorities and company strategy. Integrate the company’s sustainability strategy into the communication plan, transforming responsible tourism milestones into newsworthy content and reputational highlights. Prepare and update company crisis protocols. Monitor and identify potential reputational issues and execute necessary action plans. Centralise and oversee activity and media coverage reports to provide the Managing Board with a global strategic view of the Return on Investment (ROI) of communication efforts.

Who is the ideal person for this job?

The ideal candidate for this position brings Exceptional writing skills and the ability to synthesise complex messages clearly and concisely. Strategic vision with a result-oriented mindset, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage projects in international settings. Proactive, detail-oriented, and disciplined in meeting tight deadlines.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field. Desirable Master’s Degree in Corporate communications, public affairs or similar.

Experience / Background: At least 5–6 years of experience in a PR or Corporate Communications department, preferably within a multinational environment. Previous experience in the tourism industry or the hotel sector is highly valued. Proven experience in crisis management and a deep understanding of the national and international media landscape. Previous experience or training in communicating sustainability projects is a plus.

Languages: Native or bilingual proficiency in English (C1/C2). Ability to negotiate and draft high-level content with professional fluency.

Tools: Google Workspace G-Suite, Project Management (Trello, Asana...) and related business and communication tools.
