to drive value creation across its portfolio.

Key responsibilities: Lead operational due diligence and 100-day plans Drive EBITDA growth and transformation initiatives Support management teams on strategic and operational execution Assist with add-on integrations and exit preparation

Profile: Experience as Operating Partner or senior executive within a PE-backed environment Strong hands-on value creation track record Hands-on, pragmatic, and execution-oriented mindset Fluent Spanish & English
