At Noa's Talent Recruitment, we are recruiting an Account Manager for a major multinational company located in Paterna, Valencia
As an
Account Manager
, your main challenge will be to commercialize a
SaaS software portfolio
to multinational companies seeking solutions for
EDI, electronic invoicing, and tax compliance
(VAT compliance, reporting, etc.).
You will manage the
entire sales cycle
, positioning the company’s services at the core of each opportunity: from prospecting and solution presentations to contract negotiation and deal closure.

Your Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify new business opportunities through market research and account analysis.
Classify, segment, and prioritize potential clients in line with the sales plan and budget.
Contact prospective clients to deliver commercial presentations and software demonstrations.
Manage sales opportunities as they progress into active processes (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tenders).
Negotiate contracts, MSAs, and SOWs, and close deals autonomously.
Account Management & Growth
Manage your own client portfolio, ensuring long-term relationships and continuous value creation.
Expand existing accounts by promoting additional solutions through cross-selling strategies.
Conduct follow-up presentations and demonstrations to support upselling and the adoption of new services.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and R&D teams to deliver high-quality demonstrations and commercial activities.
Collaborate with Marketing to continuously improve sales presentations, whitepapers, webinars, and value propositions, adapting them to different international markets.
Performance & Tools
Work with clearly defined productivity KPIs that measure performance and support your professional development.
Manage all sales activity efficiently using the company’s CRM system.
What We Are Looking For
Must-Have Requirements
University degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar).
Strong interest in
B2B SaaS sales
and technology-driven solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver a clear, structured, and persuasive sales pitch.
Advanced level of English (professional working proficiency).
Proactive attitude, strong willingness to learn, team-oriented mindset, and a results-driven approach.
Full-time work permit in Spain.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in direct SaaS sales (any sector).
Familiarity with complex B2B sales cycles and autonomous sales management.
Advanced proficiency in one or more additional languages, especially:
German, Croatian, Slovenian, Bulgarian, Turkish, Romanian, Lithuanian, Latvian
Arabic, Finnish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian
Czech, Slovak, Hungarian
Malay, Japanese, Chinese, Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese, etc.
