Technical Product Owner

to be the architect of our IoT strategy. You will be the bridge between technical excellence and business value, managing an ecosystem that currently supports over 200 devices while leading the creation of our next-generation IoT platform from the ground up.

The Mission: Stability, Innovation & Scale You will join a high-impact, international team during a critical stage of growth and redefinition. Your challenge is twofold: ensuring the current platform remains rock-solid while designing the roadmap for a future-proof, cloud-native IoT infrastructure.

Your main responsibilities: Product Vision & Strategy:

You manage the implementation of the product vision for our IoT platforms, balancing the maintenance of existing services with the design of a new architecture. The Technical Bridge:

You are the link between Principals (in Germany) and the development teams, combining technical feasibility with business value to build innovative solutions. International Stakeholder Management:

You coordinate requirements across a broad network within the global organization, reporting to both technical and functional leads in Germany. Backlog & Delivery Ownership:

You own and prioritize the backlog for a multidisciplinary team of 9 professionals (Dev & DevOps), focusing on value, functionality and performance. Servant Leadership:

You act as a mentor and trainer within your technical domain, facilitating team meetings and fostering a culture of trust and high-level engineering standards. Short-term Success:

Within your first 6 months, you will gain a holistic view of the current platform and present the execution plan for the new infrastructure.

What You Need to Shine ✨ Technical Product Mastery:

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar technical product role for complex software projects. Engineering Background:

A strong interest in (or previous experience as) a software developer. You need to be able to discuss architecture, "how" things are built, and technical debt at a deep level. IoT & Cloud Ecosystems:

Solid experience with Cloud infrastructure (ideally AWS and Azure) and IoT-specific challenges (Device Management, Inventory, PKI, etc.). Agile Proficiency:

Expert level in Scrum/Kanban and mastery of tools like Jira and Confluence. Global Communication:

Excellent English skills for daily collaboration with international teams and stakeholders.

You have the "stamina" to navigate complex organizational hurdles and technical bottlenecks in a large-scale environment. Strategic Overview:
