Technology Business Analyst (Permanent)

Masentó are seeking a

Business Analyst

with hands-on experience in

SAP Fiori

to support a major sustainability initiative aimed at reducing carbon footprint and water usage across our operations.

This role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful implementation of SAP-driven processes that align with our environmental goals.

This is an initial 6 month contract and you will have the opportunity to be part of a multi year program. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with sustainability teams to define requirements for carbon and water reduction initiatives. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP Fiori applications. Configure and optimize SAP Fiori solutions to support sustainability reporting and compliance. Work closely with IT and functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sustainability metrics into SAP systems. Gather, document, and validate business requirements; translate them into functional specifications. Support change management and user training for new SAP Fiori functionalities. with hands-on SAP Fiori expertise. Strong understanding of SAP modules related to sustainability, supply chain, or operations. Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and metrics (carbon footprint, water usage). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
