For our office in Altea, we are currently looking for a motivated and experienced

Insurance Agent

to join our EXACTLY team.

By choosing to join our expanding technical team at Exactly Insurance, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality of service in client insurances matters, working closely with an international client base.

Main responsibilities: Handle inbound leads and client enquiries in a timely, professional and consultative manner Manage the full sales cycle: needs analysis, product presentation, quotation, negotiation, closing and follow-up Advise clients on suitable insurance products (health, home, car, life and other personal lines) Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals and policy comparisons Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients Ensure accurate documentation and policy administration Liaise with insurance providers to secure competitive terms and solutions Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, policy conditions and market developments Provide ongoing after-sales support and assistance with renewals or policy amendments

Job requirements: Experience in similar position A strong commercial mindset with a strong focus on KPIs Fluent conversational English and Spanish essential + Additional Dutch (and/or other languages) hugely beneficial

Customer focus and excellent communication skills A previous understanding or experience of insurances is beneficial but not essential The position prioritizes a proactive, sales-driven, adaptable, and well-organized profile above technical specialization You are based in or willing to relocate to the Altea area (on-site position)
